Workativ Assistant comes with some pre-defined entities and they’re known as In-Built entities. Here’s a list of the in-built entities that Workativ Assistant comes with:
1. Mobile Number
6. Ticket ID for ICD
Workativ Assistant provides these entities for you to be able to use them at any point in time, as a standard, for any dialog flow that you create. Using a system entity allows you to be able to allow a dialog flow to be populated with data that is common to a lot of use cases.
The six default system entities can be mapped to dialog flow. You cannot edit, delete, or modify system entities.
