Linked with Dialogs is displayed for the workflows that are deployed and active.

You’ll be able to see only the active workflow on the Call Automation function under tin he Chatbot Builder. Once you call an active workflow (automation) inside a dialog, then the Linked with Dialogs count automatically increases.

Once a workflow automation is linked with a dialog, you won’t be able to delete or make the workflow inactive. You’ll only be able to update the connection details of that automation.

You can edit the connection details in an Action under the Connect to an Account section on the Edit Action form.

You can click on Remove Account to remove the connected account from the workflow.
You can select another account from the drop-down menu or select Add a new account and then enter the account details.

After connecting to a new account, click on the Save button to save the changes to the action.
Clicking on the delete or deactivate option will open a pop-up that displays the list of dialogs that the workflow automation is linked with.

A pop-up appears with the list of dialogs that the selected workflow is linked to. You can click the desired dialog to go to the respective dialog in chatbot builder, where you can remove the linked workflow.

You can create a copy of the automation before deleting it. Click on the Copy button to do so.

The name of the workflow will be auto-generated with copy as the suffix. You can modify the name and description and click Save As.

Once you have created the copy of the workflow, you can use it just as a regular workflow.
