Linked with Dialogs icon will appear for the workflow that are deployed and active. You’ll be able to see only the active workflow on the Dialog designer’s Call an Automation pop up. Once you call an active workflow automation inside a dialog, then the linked with dialogs count automatically increases.

Once a workflow automation is linked with a dialog, you won’t be able to delete or make the workflow inactive. You’ll only be able to update the connection details of that automation.

You can edit the connection details on an action under the Connect to an Account section on the Edit Action pop up.

After connecting to a new account, click on the Save button to save the changes to the action.

Clicking on the delete or deactivate option will open a pop up that displays the list of dialogs that the workflow automation is linked with.

You’ll be prompted to either delete the automation or you can select a different automation in the linked dialogs in order to delete/deactivate the workflow.

As soon as you click on the linked dialog, you’ll be taken to that dialog’s canvas page.

You have the option to make a copy of the automation before deleting it. Once you click on Save as button, a copy of the selected automation gets stored under the drafts tab.
