You can find the Workativ Assistant Marketplace after the Training Module on the left navigation bar.
Workativ Assistant’s workflow marketplace houses over 500+ ready-to-use workflow automations based for several apps such as ITSM, Access Management, Document Management, MDM, HR etc.
You can even select multiple applications so that you can view available workflows of the respective applications as well as workflow recipes that involve both the applications.
For example, let’s say you select Freshservice and Office 365 on the Marketplace.
You’ll then be presented with a preview of the workflow automations you can download onto your workspace.
After selecting the required automation, you’ll be greeted by the preview screen for that automation.
Here, you can view the information of each node by hovering the mouse.
When you click on the How it works button, you’ll be given a description of the workflow automation.
You can easily download the workflow automation onto your workplace with just the click of a button.
After download, the workflow will get added under the ‘Draft’ tab on the workflow builder.
- If a workflow automation with same name exists related to the workflow that you downloaded, the downloaded workflow will get added as a copy and will not replace the already existing one.
- Changes that you make to a downloaded workflow automation after adding it to a workspace will not get added to the original automation present in the marketplace.
- You can’t select more than 5 applications at a time.
