1.#login – Use this command to login as an agent to communicate with end-users. Only the logged in Agents will be able to handle user requests and communicate with end users.

2. #menu – Use this command to view all available commands.

3. #list – View all connected users with other agents and users that are in queue.
a. If no users are in list.

b. When users are in list

4. #connect – Use this command to connect long awaiting end-user from the queue. You will not be able to choose the user that you want to connect with.
Note: After connecting with the user, you will be able to see the conversation happened between user and the chatbot by clicking on the Conversation history link.

5. #disconnect – Use this command to disconnect the current end-user conversation. The user will be notified as soon as the user is disconnected from the agent conversation.

6. #queue – Use this command to view users who are in queue

7. #remove – Use this command to remove an long awaiting end-user from the queue

8. #agents – Use this command to see all the logged in agents status.

9. #logout – Use this command to logout from agent bot. Logged out agents will not be able to communicate with users.
