Using the Exit Conversation function, you can make the chatbot exit a conversation after displaying a message to the user. You can also choose to either ask the user for feedback or not.
- Enter the message you want the chatbot to display before exiting the conversation.
- Turn the Get user feedback upon exit toggle button ON if you want to ask the user for feedback and turn it OFF if you don’t.
