Depending on your subscription plan, you can create multiple Assistants within one workspace.
This helps admins to create bots for individual teams. For e.g: Admins now can create a separate Assistant to handle IT related issues and a separate Assistant to handle HR related issues.
Multiple Assistant can be created within the Dialog Designer homepage.
A new Assistant can be created by clicking on Create New button on the Dialog Designer homepage.
Each Assistant has it’s own Dialog, Intents, Entities, Analytics, Logs and Settings.
Intents, Entities & Conversations created in one Assistant cannot be used in any other Assistant created in the same workspace.
Multiple Assistant can be deployed in your favorite chat channels (Slack & MS Teams)
