Information about all the events related to the App Workflows is stored at one place, which is Logs. You can find the details of each event by selecting the relevant duration and other filters to improve your search results. You can also find logs regarding Approvals created under the Workflow Builder
The Workflow Logs page opens up by default and it contains all the logs of the activities associated with the workflows.
Select the Automation tab from the left navigation menu and then select Logs.
The Workflow Logs page appears as shown below:
You can select the Workflow, Chat Channel, and Status to get more accurate logs. You can also retrieve the logs based on the time duration by selecting the relevant value from the Show By drop-down menu.
Click on the View button under the Conversations column to view the conversation history for a particular log.
The chatbot log appears as shown below:
Click the View button under the Logs column to view the workflow related information.
The workflow related log appears as shown below:
You can view the logs related to all the Approvals created under the Automation module. It includes details such as Request Title, Status, Requested By, and Assigned To.
Go to the Approval History page.
Click on the View button under the Logs to view more details.
