Freshdesk is an online cloud-based customer service helpdesk ticketing software for small and medium size companies.
Workativ connects with Freshdesk via OAuth model.
Follow these steps to connect your Freshdesk account with Workativ
- After downloading or creating a Freshdesk workflow, click on the action under Step-2 to open Action popup.

2. Select ‘Add a new account’ under ‘Connect to an Account’ tab and then give a name for this account.

a) Enter the ‘Domain URL’ of your Freshdesk application
b) Enter the ‘Username’ and ‘Password’ of admin account and then click on ‘Connect Account’ button

4. Once authenticated, Freshdesk is connected with Workativ. You can see the status of the connection as ‘Connected’
