App Workflow Summary gives you an overall view of the action you have undertaken. In a nutshell, Summary is a history that includes each piece of information regarding your Workflows.
As you log into the Automate platform, you can view App Workflow Summary at the bottom of the dashboard. It consists of several cards named as Total Active Workflows, Total Workflow Executions, Agent Hours Saved, Total Successful Executions, Total Failed Executions, Cost Savings.

Total Active Workflows – Under this tab, you can view the total number of workflows you have created
Total Successful Executions – This feature gives a view into how many workflows have been successfully executed
Agent Hours Saved – you can calculate the number of hours saved for your agents under this tab. Also, this segment helps you analyze how many hours did your agent take to resolve one query
Cost Savings – Based on the metrics on how many workflows successfully executed or failed and agents’ hours saved, you can better visualize cost savings through productivity efficiency.
