With the Adaptive Cards function, you can now display details or information to users using presentable cards. You can choose what data or information needs to be shown to the user in these cards and you can also have buttons or URL for people to click on.
1. Click on the arrow and then click on Adaptive Card

2. Enter the fields on the Adaptive Card (Tittle, Card description, Image (if any) Fields that you would like to display on the card and URL (if any)

Let us find more about the fields in detail.
- Enter the desired Card Title.
- Enter the desired Card Description.
- Enter the optional Logo URL. This should be an image URL and will be presented as a Logo image in the card.

Add Fields to the Card
In this section, you can add the fields you want to display in the card.
- Enter the Field Name
- Select a context variable for the Value field from the Variable Picker.
- Click Add More to add a new field.
- Click the Delete button on the right end of each field to delete it.

Add Buttons to the Card
You can add buttons for the URLs you want to present in the card. You can add the URL as the button value and ask the user to click on the button to access the particular URL.
- Enter the Button Name
- Enter the URL for the button in the Value field
- Click Add More to add a new button.
- When you’re done, click Save.

Once you are done adding the Adaptive Card, you can Publish the dialog.
